The club is in search of funding and local sponsorship to help us maintain and purchase the equipment needed to compete within the growing sport of Pilot Gig Rowing.
Without the help, assistance and financial sponsorship of various organisations, associations and individuals, Barnstaple Pilot Gig Club would not exist.
In recent months have received funds from local and national funding bodies, sponsorship from local companies, charities, trusts and individuals.
We have also had donations of equipment, discounts and time from local people, firms and organisations.
For all of these and especially for the time and effort our members put in we would like to say a huge Thank You.
There are many ways in which you can sponsor Barnstaple Pilot Gig Club, from Thole Pins at £3 each to a New gig at £20,000
We are currently looking for support from local businesses and offering the chance to advertise on our Gig Trailers which are towed throughout the region. There is also the opportunity for sponsorship on our Gig covers and Rowing seats. All sponsors will get a special mention in press releases, and on this website.
